Recent college graduates up to 25 years of age or who have graduated no more than two years ago, good academic average, solid knowledge of the English language, and no previous work experience are required.
The Trainees Program is a recruitment, selection, and training program, aimed at recent Mexican university graduates, where they will have the opportunity to work and rotate through different areas of the Company in a period of 6 months, acquiring constant training, challenges, and various responsibilities, to finally have the opportunity to occupy a challenging position within Quinio structure.

The Trainees program has 6 months of training, where participants will rotate through the different areas of the company, such as Business Development, Integrations, Legal, Logistics, Marketing, Online Channels & Operations. Where you will acquire knowledge in the areas all Quinio areas and will be developing various tasks and improvement projects.
After 6 months of training, Trainees will have the possibility to be assigned to their first positions within the Quinio structure.
The objective of this first assignment is to consolidate the knowledge acquired in the previous stages and begin to build the foundation for future positions, with constant training and a career direction plan.
